Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, see here your solution.
If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.

I was charged $7.99 for a $2.99 gold bar purchase. I have asked Apple for a $5.00 refund. I’m not holding my breath. It will definitely be the last in-app purchase I make!
