Daily Prizes and Rewards

I've suddenly stopped receiving the prize from spinning the Daily Wheel. I also no longer receive rewards for collecting sugar drops. I've already checked that I have the latest Adobe Flash and I've refreshed and cleared cookies and history. Help!

Hi Elsa Just like to say thank you for all your assistance and mssgs over the last few days and as the boosters etc are now working on King .com I will keep playing it on King .com

@mel21 I have replied to your message. However you might want to check if you are now receiving boosters normally at king.com

She sent me a link for screenshot but I could not do it anyway as I am not very good on the laptop. So I replied same as I sent you earlier where I said I had a pop up after pressing two arrows and score and progression sync facebook connect

As I told Jenny When I press the two arrows then score and progression sync facebook connect
then I have a pop up saying on top score and progression sync then on bottom says
nothing will be posted to facebook If I close the pop up then goes back to game then

When I press the two arrows for score and progression sync facebook connect then I have a pop up saying
on top of pop up it says score and progression sync
then on the bottom then it says nothing will be posted to facebook
IF I close the pop up then it goes back to the games

The studio is working on a fix so you should expect to see it working within the next few days.

Hi Cat Ive been having the same problem with collecting booster from the the daily win spin wheel, you collect the booster but the tab shows that you haven't got it. Elsa please note not all of us use Facebook or windows, some of us play on king.com via safari on Mac and I can assure you that Im using the latest versions of both Safari and Flash and no problems with Wi-Fi either. I want to wave a magic wand over your game and make it go away! Did you ever feel so frustrated trying to find an answer for someone and feeling so helpless because nothing works? That is the level of my frustration right now.

All of a sudden the other day the booster wheel stopped giving me the booster I claimed after my daily spin of the wheel. Why is this now happening on my pc? I only play at King.com and do not use any social media to play my games. Please help and give me my boosters back!!!!

Good Morning and thank you for your reply to my message! Okay, I tried to screen shot and it will not paste into the chat. This is what is happening; every day I get a spin of the booster wheel and a booster is awarded based on which one I land on. So I claim the prize but it never appears in my game and I don't have it to use. Now keep in mind I am playing on King.com via my laptop and am not connecting through any social media outlet as I do not use them. Again this booster is to be awarded daily via free spin of the booster wheel that originally appears in the lower left section of the episode window. When I click on that it brings up the spinning wheel, I press stop, and it stops on a prize, I claim that prize but never get it awarded for use in my Candy Crush game.

I am not getting my daily booster. I spin and get the booster but then it doesn't show up. Can someone help? I don't have any boosters.

Hi @Bonnie_Snow, are you playing the game on king.com? Could you possibly play the game through Facebook and try Firefox or Chrome. Stay away from Internet Explorer because it might not work for you.

So let me get this straight. This glitch...of not receiving earned rewards when playing on king.com...your website...has been a known software problem for some time now, and instead of fixing the programming issue you recommend playing on some other format?

That is what I thought you would say. It has to do with Flash. I am trying to get an answer but as of now I think your only option is to play through Facebook with Firefox or Chrome. If you try to play on Internet Explorer that is going to be Flash so you will have the same problems there. If you have Windows 10 then you have the option of installing the game and playing it through the Kingdom.

Make sure you have data Wi-Fi I believe you need service of some sort to recive certain items/boosters

Ok this is what I am going to say for now. If you are playing on king.com it's not working because of Flash. I am trying to get an answer but as of now I think your only option is to play through Facebook with Firefox or Chrome. What on earth is going on King.com - level 2622 - not receiving boosters, extra moves and if an explosion happens on the last move it doesn't take out any chocolate ( could have won a few times in the last few weeks if that had happened) Please explain or fix the problem!!

Hi @mummabear, did you read what I wrote above? king.com is not working and it is Flash related. I have no clue if or when it might get fixed so temporarily I am directing the players to play through Facebook on Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Edge. Stay away from Internet Explorer because that is also Flash.

hi there I lost all my rewards due to internet loss. I tried to close and open my app get back my connection and it’s all gone the only thing that was available was my galaxy I won the rewards by completing the daily 6 day task

how do i get a level 14000 badge?
I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

New gift card pop up is freezing and crushing multiple games
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
