When you Spin The Daily Booster Wheel and Claim the Prize, you'll notice that the Backpack of Inventory in the Game Map gets a 1 Increment Inside a Red Circle to the left side of it indicating that the Booster has been added to your Inventory. When you click to open the Backpack, you will see the Booster Glowing with a Yellow Plus Sign for a few seconds. By the way, Boosters do not necessarily get played right away when you get them but they are there.
