Thanks so much for all the information you sent. I followed all the steps and downloaded Firefox and Google but I am still in the old game. I can't get my boosters or prizes.

I just posted in your other message. I got word that they are trying to find a fix for this and hopefully by the time the next game app update is released they will have found a fix for this.
