no more gifts

hello there  I am in level 1470 and since a couple of days my gifts are not coming. the game works fine, I play on PC, window 7, with King.com (not face book) I followed some tips, cleaned my cache, cleans the cookies, disconnect and back, but nothing happen. no more gifts from the lucky wheel, neither from the end of the levels . I still have right now 2 coco wheels and  18 lucky candy  - thanks for your help. May 30 2019- Lola-Dom

Yes I have the same issue with 5 different players not receiving any gifts from spinning the wheel or when you full the jar up and no suggestions have helped as this is clearly a technical issue.

yeah !! we are May 1st and I got gifts!! I am an happy camper now   I do not know what was broken but they fixed it !! thanks

I never get to watch adds to get rewards... My husband gets them all of the time.. Everyday... ???????

Hi @LolaDom, there was a problem when playing the game on king.com.  A lot of players were reporting that they didn't have the daily spinning wheel, the Sugar Drop challenge wasn't working, etc.  It was reported to the study and now it should have been fixed.  Here is the main thread for all of that:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/255632/daily-prizes-and-rewards/p1
