Not getting bonus items

I have had a problem with partial games blackout that seems to have corrected itself but I am not receiving any bonus items.
checked all settings etc all seem correct ?

    @jeanjalon - Welcome to our great Community, where you can take part in contests (win gold bars), games and discussions and hopefully receive help with tricky levels or problems with the games.  In order to help you better can you please tell me what platform you are playing on (PC, tablet, phone) and the operating system?  Also when you are talking about bonus items - do you mean boosters you win from sugar drops or the daily wheel or something similar?  The more information you provide, the better someone will be able to help you.

    I have an iPad Pro ios12.3 with 36gb of memory.
    it is the daily bonus items I am not getting.
    i have had no daily bonus items for over a week
