At least for once I found out about this before I wasted boosters and gold bars. I must admit if your problem is genuine and you contact King or they contact you through your inbox, they usually give you a generous refund.
I also want a reimbursement for the boosters wasted on this level! Seriously, how can they not troubleshoot these levels before they put them out there? I liked it better when they released 15 new levels a week. They were much more entertaining and did not have nearly the amount of bugs these new levels have. Candy Crush has gotten to the point where is more frustration than fun!
Totally agree with @Brenda_Weber - it is fine to say these Levels are released on Windows 10 to get the help of the top players to identify glitches, however the absence of key ingredients in 2 levels is not a glitch it is a major error and should be identified and corrected before levels are released, even if it means a delay in release. 15 new levels a week was a much better option.
