Suddenly have hundreds of thousands of boosters?!

I opened up the app on my phone to continue playing and noticed my level had reset to level 1. My lives said I had thousands of lives left. I had to scroll all the way down to find the level I was on since it had started at the very end. And when I play a game I suddenly have hundreds of thousands of boosters?! I’m scared to play and get charged on my debit card! Has this happened to anyone?

Does anyone know what it’s caused by? I’ve got exactly the same. Opened Candy crush yesterday and it broke down twice. after restarting my phone I suddenly got thousands of different booster. 
Nice to have, but makes it a bit boring to play.. and i’m scared of possible costs for them.. please help
