I am not receiving requested tickets to advance. Those requests are also going to three avatars I am   currently running. The requests do not even go through. There fore I am currently stuck waiting for help. And the only answer I have been getting from the "Support Team" is a pre written statement on how to re set on Facebook. I AM NOT ON FACEBOOK FOR THIS GAME.  I have been requesting help for almost a week. How about it???
