I still am not able to make any purchases on Candy Crush for the past 6 months?

Hi. I asked this question before & still no resolution. I still cannot make any purchases from the Candy Crush Store on my Windows 10 PC. No gold bars or anything. 
When I attempt to make a purchase I am getting an error message saying 
"There Was a Problem Processing Your Payment: Sorry, but we're having trouble processing your payment. You have not been charged for this transaction. Please try again".

This problem started around January this year. I play Candy Crush on Facebook using Edge browser but also tried on Chrome & Firefox. Still nothing. 
I can make purchases easily on other facebook games. 
I contacted both Facebook & my bank & they both said that the problem is not at their end. 
I thought that King would want this problem solve so purchases can be made but apparently not. Can someone please assist?

    Please be sure to choose the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Payment queries). You can describe your problem and once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to in order for the team to reach you again. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you out.

    They will also ask for your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, just follow the instructions on the link below.

    Hi @firebombmarkus thanks so much for responding. It is fun reading the interactions & posts by the members on this wonderful Community and I really appreciate you welcoming me to the Community.
     I did what u suggested and filled in the support form using the link u supplied. I have been contacted by customer care but am awaiting further assistance.

    Hi @firebombmarkus I use to play Pet Rescue Saga & Farm Heroes also, but have gotten so busy over the years that I now play only Candy Crush Saga & Rats (which is not by King). 
    There are so many things to take up your time nowadays. Movies, music, browsing, chatting etc. Then there are your personal responsibilities & outdoor life. So I try to keep everything under control lol

    @Jade_Kimone That's great! I don't play Pet Rescue Saga but I play Farm Heroes and Candy Crush Saga. If you like flowers, you might check out Blossom Blast Saga. I love that game 🤗
