I've played for about 6 years and hit it twice, while spinning daily, with occasional free spins for watching an ad. It frequently stops abruptly before it would hit it, or it accelerates suddenly past it, both narrowly missing the jackpot and not normal behavior if the wheel were fair/random. I understand not wanting it to mathematically be equal for all sections, but actively refusing to land on it when you would with a fair physical wheel feels loaded or rigged to us.
Again, standard procedure for this type of feature.  King didn’t invent this type of thing they just adapted it to suit CCS.  At a casino most, if not all, of the machines that feature a jackpot wheel like this have something like “size of each piece does not reflect actual odds of landing on it” or something similar, presumably to protect themselves from frivolous lawsuits by gamblers that have no common sense.  If the wheel spin on this game cost money I’m sure this info would be available but since no money is involved they don’t need to.
I wasn't complaining per se, just commenting on the original post, giving my experience. In hindsight, it may read a little whiny or entitled.

Why do you other players think that something called “jackpot” should be landed upon frequently?  I kind of feel sorry for King in this instance, they must have to deal with less-than-intelligent players’ complaints about such commonly-sensical things multiple times daily, hourly, or worse.

The daily spin is a chance at a free booster.  Be happy that you get something daily at no cost.
See my previous response to your response. I understand that a jackpot is a rarity and won't be achieved frequently. I also don't appreciate the seeming implication that you question my intelligence, and others, with no direct knowledge other than a random message board post. I joined the community last week to get assistance and find out more game tips, but if this is the normal treatment here, I'll abdicate so you have one fewer enthusiast of the game to pick apart. If I read too much into those two entries, I apologize. I'm letting you know how it was received here. I'm not a snowflake by any means, but I treat people how I want to be treated (commonly referred to by many as "The Golden Rule"). Have a great day, and let's have fun here.

Odd. My second post today posted before my first post, which I still don't see. Apparently it got approved first. If I were "more intelligent", I'd probably know.

It's rigged. I've never won it either. Up past level 700

I’d say a certain word in my post regarding suits of law triggered an automatic review by the mods.  It’s probably a word that’s flagged on this forum for whatever reason.

What I was saying previously about less-than-intelligent players in this thread refers mainly to many hundreds of other such complaints I have seen online.  I just can’t fathom how so many players don’t understand how these spin wheels work - it’s a feature that has been around a very long in a lot of different games and slot machines. In this instance here on CCS, you still get a free booster from every spin so it’s not like you’re getting screwed by not landing on it.  As Elsa said above, the jackpot is a very rare bonus akin to winning the lottery which is exactly as it should be.

I don’t have any problem with you @eshoup1 so I don’t understand why you reacted the way you did, as if I attacked you personally.

Well then they should say chance of jackpot one in 12 million. At least we would know where we stand.

Thank you for addressing my concerns, @Dirty_Nurse - I felt compelled to speak up as the tone was taken a bit harsher than you probably intended. I don't post a lot online for that reason, as people get too confrontational for my tastes. Ironically, your post triggered me to confront you. I know that it's rare, I was just giving more information to the OP and echoing their lament without stating the (somewhat) obvious fact that the size of the wedges don't accurately reflect how often you actually land on the jackpot. It is frustrating in my experience when it APPEARS that you are going to hit it, and the spin suddenly stops abruptly or jumps past the wedge when it would almost certainly stop on it if it were a physical wheel. A free prize is a free prize, and I never get truly mad about it, but it is frustrating when your mind convinces you that you're actually going to get your three of each prize type, rather than one prize.

@Dirty_Nurse thank you for addressing my concern. In hindsight, I probably overreacted, just didn't feel compelled to have my intelligence questioned for merely giving my experience to the OP. I understand that the wedges, though they visibly look to be the same size, are probably programmed to not land in a mathematically even distribution, and to yield the 3 of each booster type jackpot rarely (as I said, twice in about six years of play for me), and voiced the frustration I felt when it appeared as though I was actually going to land on the jackpot space only to have it suddenly stop or accelerate past as though a dirty game operator were manipulating payouts, which surely would merit a visit from a gaming commission in real life casino games. Online games, particularly free ones, don't operate under the same scrutiny, but that experience is disheartening. I know that a free prize beats none, it's just a brief letdown when it looks like you actually will hit it and it doesn't. That letdown or frustration was what I was voicing to the OP, and I felt like you were calling me unintelligent for having that feeling, implying that I don't understand that it's just a free game and the publishers don't have to make it an equal chance for each wheel segment. I apologize for any consternation, stress, or confusion my replies caused anyone. Let's all strive to be nicer and live by "The Golden Rule", and we'll be a lot better off.
