Can't sign on.

Suddenly I am unable to sign on to my Candy Crush Saga account. It shows me as "Karen ?" and shows my email addy but my password does not work. Have reset it at least a dozen or more times over several days. Still says "Oops, an unknown error occurred." I play it exclusively on my Ipad. Have for 5 years now. Oddly enough I can sign in on Jelly and Soda Crush. I am on level 1050 and want to save my work and cannot, No daily spins, no rewards etc. Beyond frustrating!! I have seen the same issue posted by others. Why has King not corrected this issue yet??

According to your statement, app is corrupted. To solve, you have to uninstall it then reinstall. To do this, you will lose the saved boosters.
