What are the meanings of the different frame colors on friends list?

Hello, @LindaPage! The frame colors simply tell what level they're at. When you reach level 90 or higher, you will get a silver frame with melting chocolate on top.0

When I said level, I meant rank. The more levels you complete, the more points you get that count towards raising your rank.0
