receiving no help

ok so i started playing on king.com maybe 6 months ago,  am a long time FB player. the problem i am having is for the last 3 weeks i have received zero help from friends to open the next chapter and zero lives from friends. 
i have raised numerous tickets but get the same cut and paste answer telling me how to solve all of my facebook issues, which is utter gubbins as i am playing on their website i dont have any issues with my facebook game and the 2 profiles are not connected. very frustrated
as far as i am concerned this is their issue not mine, up until the point when i stopped getting help it was regular as clockwork, now nothing

Thanks for detail that you have playing this game through the browser on the Kingdom platform. In fact it is an old platform and there is no new features updated in the game. And King is not working on that platform. In the old game, the ticket was prevalent for unlocking episodes. But in the present, these options are not active in game. But it still available on old kingdom platform. Not only you, there all kingdom platform user facing this problem.
Anyway, we heard there was some problem that you described.And we already reported it. But we have no information about when this problem can be solved.

The problem will surely be solved, but you have to be patient.
