@Somegirl and @Amy_Clyne - I still have Dexter like usual - but I haven't seen Rami or Didi in awhile. Sometimes King gives certain things to some people and not to others but I hadn't heard that Dexter was one of those. I am tagging @Jelly Jenny, the Community Moderator. She should be able to tell us whether Dexter is provided to everyone and if so, she can hopefully help you get Dexter back.0

@Amy_Clyne - is Dexter back too? I have sometimes temproarily lost the trophy and I just exit the game, reboot my device and it usually comes back - but you were referring specifically to Dexter.0
