Got a new device, saved my level but lost ALL power ups, lost challenge level, did save my gold bars. snowqueen

Hi @Pat_McCowan and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. The boosters we collect are saved on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this also means that if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose all the boosters. We don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. You can read more about it on the link below.
