Unable to login

Something is wrong with my account. In saga, I’m unable to login. I get an “oops an unknown error has occurred.” I was also unable to login to this kingdom account, so I had to setup a new account in order to ask this question. Through out the process of try to troubleshoot this issue, I have now lost my level on my device (level 1291). Is there anyway to get my level back?

It sounds like you're having an issue with the account itself. I would recommend contacting the Player Relations Team here. 

To make sure your account issue ticket goes through, be sure to select "Problems with game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

What has happened to the buddy mine has vanished also why the stupid timed daily treats most wont be relevant to the level you are on
