Level 971: An exercise in futility

It's almost impossible to complete level 971 in 12 moves (unless one gets lucky or has deep pockets). I'm probably going to attempt a few more times before uninstalling the game as it is pointless to be stuck at the same level with no hope of progressing, unless the game is tweaked. (From discussions, I read that many are frustrated by this level and rightly so.)

I just completed level 971 but the game left me one yellow drop short whats up with that? I have played all these levels up to here and never got all the items and not had enough to finish.
