    Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

    I am currently playing on my iPhone 6+. Candy Crush is up and running! 

    Can you try to completely Turn-Off your iPhone by pressing the Power Button and use the slider to completely shut it down? Wait for 2 minutes and turn it on.

    How long have you had iPhone Xr? Did you set the Automatic Update on Settings when you first got it? If you did, did you notice when the last Update was?
