mistake synchronize samsung Tab / PC

hello, i'm a french player and i've a problem with synchronization ; i played with my galaxy tab 4 and my level is 4668, however in my pc the level is 4639 ;

my player id is king10620527346

other problem, i can't synchronize wtih facebook because my older account was pirated and i create and other account with my phone number but i can't connected my king account

Firstly, your game is running on the Samsung tab, the game is not syncing to Facebook, because your facebook account was locked. You can also continue with the Kingdom id if you have been syncing to the Kingdom. If I do not have a Kingdom account, then I will tell you how to do it.

The game is not able to sync with any other Facebook. (the next screenshot), so starting from level 1.
I'm waiting for your reply.

It seems that your game progress is not synced after 4639. Please check the following troubleshooting.
Check your game app update here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga
Log out game from both id ( facebook + kingdom ) > Restart your device > Log in again.
Please let me know..

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
