Why are my points not registering for fantastic five

Once again my points have stopped registering for fantastic five this keeps happening any reason why

Me too. It also switched my team when we were halfway there with 12 days to go. Now after three days with the new team, no one is getting any points. I’ve passed about 10 levels, no points.

The same thing is happening to me.  I'm sure my teammates think I'm doing nothing!

Now new F5 game started and my points started to register

My points are not registering as well. Passing levels, using boosters and nothing. I’ve noticed another teammate also is not registering any points,I’ve  been on this team for several days 😥 Not finding any support as to why.

My points are registering on my iPhone 10 but not on my iPad. Why?

My points don’t register any more on fantastic five and they keep changing my group before goal is met

After the deadline expired for last weeks Fantastic Five, the points continued to register for a couple days.  However, my team never reached the 5000 goal.  Now I am passing levels and supposedly accumulating points, but the points are not registering on this week's tally.  I am also not able to access the present Fantastic Five board.  It's on my options page, but I cannot open it.
