@KIMBERELYBOBICK - welcome to our community! Did you not get the CB?  Was it your daily prize? When you tried to claim it did it not then appear in your booster backpack?  We need a little more information in order to help you out. Also, are you playing on a PC or mobile platform?  If mobile is it Android or IOS?  Thank you for sending the screen shot. Thanks @MataiceAlison- I believe you are correct. Unfortunately @KIMBERELYBOBICK you just experienced what many of us have. The wheel is not very generous with the jackpot and you weren’t robbed, just teased by the wheel. Hopefully you will get it one of these days. I’ve been  playing for over 6 years and have only won it once. 
However - make sure you check out the contest ‘Crack the code and win tons of gold bars’ if you solve successfully all 14 puzzles throughout the various games - you will win 100 gold bars and even if you don’t you could be one of 10 lucky winners in each game to win 20 gold bars. Zdravím, chtěla bych se zeptat co mám dělat, , stalo se mi, že po aktualizaci Candy crush saga mi zmizeli  všechny pomůcky, které jsem měla nasbírané, / rybičky, kokosová kolečka ... vše zmizelo, co mám dělat?

That’s not a ‘tease by the wheel’. It’s an annoyance. I have been playing since 2010 and that’s the closest I have seen it. I have never seen it like that. Happy you won the jackpot once though.

We have an open thread about this where the players are posting when they hit the jackpot. You can see that it is possible. I won it some time ago after 6 years of playing.
