Why won't the game connect to my king account?

"unknown error" when I try to connect or sign in. Can't collect prizes.

    We are very sorry for your problem. For sevaral reasons your game app can be corrupted, 
    And if this is the case, the problem can not be solved without uninstalling the game app.
    In some cases if you change the password of Facebook or Kingdom  without log out the game, Then the app may be corrupted.
    While playing If the game app is crashing, the game app may be corrupted.

    Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
    Make your device software auto update.
    Make your game app auto update.
    Don't open game when battery below 25%
    Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
    Close all background running app before start this game.
    Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
    Keep RAM free.

    In the current situation you will have to uninstall and reinstall and you will lose the booster, which is not refundable.

    You'll get back to levels, which you've synced.

    Reinstalled and everything is perfect again! Had to go back to level when problem started, but it's better than starting over. I'll be back up to where I was in a few days now that I have my boosters back! I would have just reinstalled last week, but I thought it meant starting over from beginning. Thanks for trying to help me so diligently. You are great!

    As you can see, my pic won't load, and neither will King "friends". I can't send lives to friends to collect rewards.

    You are playing the game syncing with the Kingdom account, You have not been getting regular Lives for some problems of kingdom. King is trying to solve it.🤣😊

    While collected candies are still counted, I can't be rewarded for them, because I can't connect. All my progress is saved, but the inability to receive power-ups makes it terribly difficult to progress in the game!

    I've even tried entering/changing my password several times, but nothing seems to work.

    Check your app update
    App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. 
    That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.
    Clear App Cache
    It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush saga > Tap Clear cache option.

    Cleared app cache. Didn't fix issue. Tried to update app, but just says, "download pending". Won't download. Won't update

    This is because you did not update other apps, some updates are being updating. Once they are updated, the Candy Crush App will be updated according to the serial 😜
    Or you can cancel some app update 👇
    Open Google Play store > three dots line / setting > My app & Games > Cancel the app updates that you do not want to update.

    Just updated the app and cleared cache, but still won't connect. The first screen you see when you open the game used to have a little connection icon in the lower right hand corner that would come on for a few seconds until you were connected. That is never there anymore, and hasn't been since this problem first started.

    When you are trying to connect, show me a screenshot of the error message that you gets 😎
