Timed boosters I won showing in inventory but not appearing in game

Question

Hi, I have won a bunch of timed boosters that all showed in my inventory, but are not showing in the game. There is a blank space where the pre-game boosters for a level normally show. This happened earlier today too, and when the time was up, my regular boosters appeared again. Then when I won timed boosters, they all disappeared. Haven't disconnected, crashed, logged out or anything else. Level 4603 - I have a screen shot of what I should have received.

No I don't mean time boosters these are boosters I won with out time on it

If you specifically mean timed boosters, not all boosters can appear in every level.
