When you click on green letters "here" you will be redirected to this support form.
I will ask you to fill in this form. Please make sure you are choosing the correct game (Candy Crush Saga), topic (Problems with purchases), subtopic (Purchased items not received). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to and explain your issue. This message will always redirect you to the Community but if you reply to it the team will know you are looking for a solution.
