i am getting very tired of sending these messages and getting stupid messages back showing me how to check my purchases or telling me ways to TRY to get my purchase on to my account. I purchased a bundle for 3.99 today and I did NOT receive the coins. I reset my phone and I have the receipt emailed to me showing my purchase. Stop sending me stupid emails and someone please help me!

    I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your purchased package.  For any and all purchase issues, you will have to contact the King Customer Care.  

    Because, it is a sensitive issue in which you will have to give details of your full name, credit card number etc.,  This is a public forum and it is not safe to provide any of those info here!!  

    Hence, Community team does not deal with any Purchase issues but asks us to contact their Support team.  Please go to this link and fill out the form.  Make sure to enter BOTH Topic & Subtopic slots.
