Is anyone else having an issue with level 670?

That's not a striped/wrapped requirement in the middle. It's a sprinkle bomb/wrapped requirement!! 
When you get a sprinkle bomb next to a wrapped, smash them together and it will create many wrapped candies all over the board. You will then have filled the middle order!
