How can i get my ipad same level than my phon e!!Please help!

The Candycrush on my IPad has not let me in the game over the past six months. Eventually I deleted the app from my iPad. (= when I reloaded it the game startet all over again and my progress in the game had dissapeared)
I also have Candycrush on my phone, so I connected it to Facebook so I could get the game on my IPad to the same position as it was on my phone. After connecting to the facebook with my phone, the Candycrush on my ipad showed that I was on level 11, although on my phone I was about on level 180. (Before deleting the app from my IPad my level there was 230+) So, I would hope that my level would be atleast that level 180 on my IPad aswell. I don’t know if you can help me, but i send email to candy crush and they told me to come here.

I am dropping by to let you know merged your two posts into one as your question was a follow up to the first one.

I recommend checking out this post that's about retrieving your levels. Like @bearwithme mentioned, it sounds like your game isn't properly connected to Facebook yet. Once the game is connected to Facebook on both devices, they sync.

And note that your avatar picture, Gold Bars and game progress syncs, boosters and lives do not.

Hello @weekend - you said you weren't connected thru Facebook or anything (that includes king.com?) before you lost your app and levels. If that is correct and you hadn't saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.

It sounds like you have successfully synced your phone (iPhone?) and iPad together and both are at level 180. I assume they are also both connected now thru Facebook? You always want to connect either thru Facebook or King.com when playing to ensure your progress in the game is saved. I also play the game on an iPhone and iPad and sometimes when I have played a few levels on one device, it won't reflect the progress until I reboot the other device (turn it off and on).

As far as getting the gold crown by passing a level on the first try - before you actually play the level ( you hit play but haven't moved any candy yet) - do you see the pop-up that says if you finish the first try you will get a gold crown? You need to see that pop-up message in order to get the gold crown even if you finish on the first try.

Have you tried rebooting your iPad? and do you see the message in the screenshot above? Please let me know and if you are still having trouble I will try and help you out further.

As far as booster are concerned - you should be able to earn new ones thru the daily calendar, sugar drop challenge, Didi/Rami etc., but unfortunately if you play on a mobile device and uninstall and then reinstall the game all your saved boosters and lives will be lost. I know - it happened to me when I had to re-install my game one time.

Firs of all thank you for your answer @Jelly Jenny but what if i did'nt connect to facebook or anything before i lost my app and levels?

also i get my IPad to level 180 BUT i don’t have/get any boosters! And my ”profile” or like my figure is down at level one and don't move with me to higher levels. It stays at level one. And if i pass level on first try, i don't get them gold.. Thank you for help.
