I'm playing on king.com. I had 11 gold bars and today I saw that only 1 is left. I contacted king support and got an email response where I'm told to post my issue on Kingdom Community. The answer gives no sense but, nonetheless, I post it here. What can I do to have this gold bars back again? Thank you for any help.

First, I would like to make sure about the game you had this issue... is it the Candy Crush OR Candy Friends? I just looked at your other posts and you play both of these games (just like me )
Missing of 10 Gold Bars sounds like you might have bought the extra moves!! But, if you are in doubt, we can make sure with the Community Team. For that, we will be needing your game user ID number.

Yes, 10 gold bars sounds like I would have bought extra moves. But I haven't, at least not conscious. If I failed button then ok, but I think I haven't because I didn't see the adding of moves.
I couldn't find my users ID on king.com but on facebook. I think it is the same because the games are synched, isn't it?
