Not able to go onto level 276

I can go back and play any game that I already finished but it won't let me get lives from friends to go onto level 276 on candy crush saga

Just a heads-up... this is the Candy Friends category you have posted... but it is OK, I can request the Community In-Charge to move this to the Candy Crush Support  

Now, with regards to the issue in your game, when you said "lives to go to the next level" -- you meant the Tickets to open the Next episode, I guess!!

Can you tell me what device are you using to play your game and also how you are logged into the game?  Did you log in through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
