Candy crush has been running in slow motion for over a week now.

I've already cleared my cache made sure I have enough memory on my iPad mini and rebooted more than once.  What else can I do to fix this?

    Unfortunately, if you tried all of that then the last and I mean last alternative would be to uninstall the game and reinstall it again.  I do have to warn you that by doing this you will lose all lives and boosters.
