Accidental purchase

Last night I made a purchase I believed to be either $14.99 or $19.99. I noticed a charge for $79.99 from my bank account. If you look at my history you can see I have never made such a large purchase. Is there a way I can get a refund ? I don't even mind getting a refund of $65.00 because that is what it would be minus the $14.99.
