Collecting numbers are false

When tasked with collecting candies of colour or type, I notice that I can play a level where the task is to collect a certain number of the requisite candies but when I win the level, the amount of candies credited to my “score” is less than the number I needed in winning the level. Why is that? eg Level 666, collect 666 blue candies but I am always credited with less than 666 when I complete the level. 😡😡

I think it's part of the reduction system. The game probably reduces the number of candies you have collected at the end of the game.0
