I lost my 900 lives & back at level one

I lost all of my 900 lives and I was on level 3753 and now I’m back at level one!   PLEASE HELP ME!!!

This problem can occur for a variety of reasons. Did you sync the game with Facebook or Kingdom?

1. This problem can occur if your game app is corrupted or crashed.
2. Maybe, By mistake you log out of the game.
3. You are using another Facebook on the device.
4. Resetting the game app, will cause this problem.

I was on level 1759 and thought there was a level glitch. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I am on level 4
