There are a couple of options - at the top middle you can move the waffle up under the crystal which will bring the orange down for a match.
Or 3rd row from the bottom move the purple up under the crystal to bring the blue candy down for a match.
I’m not a fan of the crystals, matches can be confusing & difficult, since you have to move a candy under the crystal for the match. And my old eyes find the crystals tough to see through.1 -

Hi there! Welcome to the Community!
On your ScreenShot above, third up from the bottom row, to the left of 2 Blue Candies is a Purple one. Move it up so the Blue Candy moves down to complete the 3-Blue Candy Match. After that move, you still have 12 Moves left. A lot of things can happen. Just focus in the middle where the remaining 3 hazelnuts are coming down from.

It flashes for me to move the row I highlighted but I can’t move those. I have no other moves. What am I supposed to do here?

Hi and welcome, here are tips for Level 4597:
#1 Our most important tip of all would be to take your time because there is no time limit. Taking your time will allow you to roughly calculate where candies will end up after a match which in turn will help you make better decisions.
#2 Match candies at the location that’ll shift the largest amount of candies. Most of the time this will be at the bottom of the playing field. Doing this will shift the largest amount of candies. This in turn will hopefully start a chain reaction that will create new opportunities to make special candies.
#3 Keep your eyes open for opportunities to make special candies. With candies of four colors on the playing field making special candies will be easy. With each additional candy color on the playing field it will get increasingly harder to match candies and make special candies.
#4 This tip is a follow-up on our second tip. While your attention is at the bottom of the playing field don’t ignore making special candies at the top of the playing field. Pause after every move and glance at the entire playing field to see whether you can make special candies.
#5 Most of the time you’ll want to clear blockers as quickly as you can. Clearing blockers will increase the space in which you can match candies, making it increasingly easier to make special candies.

There is nothing wrong with the hint you got. In fact you can't bring the candy out directly from the crystal case, you have to put another candy in there and bring out the inner candy.
In this case, the purple candy has to be given in the crystal case.
