I'd like to add that this is getting so frustrating that I don't even want to play anymore! It I didn't enjoy playing so much I would just delete it. Please please please fix this!

I can't access the link. But I have tried all of the recommendations and it is still freezing up. Why did this keep happening? I play in a kindle fire.

I also find difficulty get help from king or candy crush

I am fed up with having to delete the game and then try and get back to my level it is becoming a pain

Can not understand why candy crush freezes for no reason and i am not getting the treats that come up on my phone ,I am definitely not a newbie I have been playing for years as I am up to 40025 I was further than that but lost some for some reason I do not know

I am at level 2076. When I obtain about 12 out of the 20 bears it freezes up mid play. It seems to be when I get down on the right side of the screen. How can I fix this.
