With regards to Fantastic 5 Challenge, I am not sure which level we have to be to play the special event!!  But, I will make sure with Community In-charge and post it back for you.

But, we can always try to perform some troubleshooting steps according to the device you are using to play the game.  Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game?
