Level 4600

game states that i still have a move, but the move i can make is impossible because 1 candy is under the “ice”. 
Only solution is to end the game. 
Furthermore I see no boosters available in this episode. Is this a glitch?

Candy Crush. No screenshot, but I experienced this in more levels in Kristalkantine. Lvl 4596 and up. 
I will try to repeat the problem and send a screenshot
