No quests, sugardrops, build a bot or anything fun on cc through facebook on chromebook

Because this chromebook is company issued, I can't download the cc app so I must play through facebook.  For at least 3 months, sugardrops have disappeared, there is no build a bot, there are no quests like treasure chest.  I can't figure out if there is a way to update on facebook. Can anyone please help? Thank you.

The game has been having some weird problems for a while, as you described. After doing some tests, I found out that this is some problem with the Internet or Facebook. I'll tell you, try connecting the game with a powerful internet connection.
For now I can help you download the game app on phone. Tell me an Android or i-phone ?
