Extra moves won't stop spinning

I play Candy Crush on my Samsung iPad.  It has been fine until last week.  Now when I need Extra Moves the wheel won't stop spinning.  I have searched the forums for answers and have tried all of the suggestions and nothing works.

    Here is the screenshot.  It really can't show the problem because it's not a video of the action, but it just keeps spinning and never stops.

    @suevh Thank you. I understand the issue. The first step is always checking if your game is up to date. After that clear the cache and check your internet connection. You should also try these troubleshooting steps and let me know if they helped you. Please note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all your boosters.

    I did do those things.  I use the internet for other things and it works fine.  I did clear my cache also.  I' even resorted to uninstalling and re-installing the game.

    @suevh It might be a Facebook glitch. In last month it was down several times.

    Não eu jogo candy crush a anos... fiquei muito tempo sem jogar pois, o jogo denotava muito pra teor vidas e difícil conseguir boosters de graca. Resolvi voltar e gostei das mudanças. ... aí constantemente perde as atualizações do robô principalmente quem do chega num nível difícil.  Aí vc perde tudo de uma semana mais de 90 fases.... ficá difícil gostar assim.
