I have read the posts on lost boosters. I recently lost all my boosters I have been saving for a year. It looks like King could restore your boosters if they keep track of everything else. What do you tell people that spend their hard earned money on these items and loose them? Is not the time I spent on this game mean anything to you? Customer service, seems no one remembers what that is

Thank you so much for being willing to joining 🙏In the case of Android and I-Phone, your collected booster is stored in a specific location in the application.This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing. And the boosters are not refundable.😥However, Gold bars and your game progress will be returned, as it has been possible to sync.0 -
Same thing happened to me as this morning I suddenly lost all my bosterrs.
How can I get them back!!0 -
I lost all of my boosters and all my mail the other day as well.0

We're very sorry for your problem, but boosters cannot be returned to you. If you adhere to some of the rules, you will not face such problems in the future.

I have followed the rules. Have been playing on the same device for over a year and sign in daily. Everything was going just fine until I got on one day and it was all gone What rule didn’t I follow?1
