Game crashed want to recover my progress

I was on level 512 when candy crush Friends got crashed.  I had not connected to Facebook or email. My game progress is all back level zero now 😞 plz help me to get back to my progress level. Thank you

Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply, they won't reach you at all. It's great that you found your ID as they will need it so hold on to it.
