Same problem here the last week and a half...

Same.. My friends are constantly getting multiple events all the time. I'm honestly playing a different game.

We are going to get a response from a Community Manager saying these events are only for selected list of users, representing a 'test group'. Well, I want to actively test this game if that means I get access to several events. Current state of the game infuriates me.
