Hi Tina! Welcome to the Community!
Level 3390 is definitely a Hard Level. You'll have to use your Boosters because there isn't enough moves to complete the level. The Goal is to Clear All The Jellies & Collect All Ingredients! 37 Jellies & 3 Hazelnuts in 16 Moves. On top of the board, you'll have to unlock the 3 hazelnuts with 3 keys below before you can even collect them. You'll have to uncover the Single Striped Candy next to it by hitting it from down below, either by matching a Color Bomb + same solid color candy combo, or a color bomb + striped candy combo, or a striped + wrapped candy combo to clear the 3 single layer icing next to it and open the exits for the 3 ingredients. You also have to contend with the ticking number bombs. Make sure they don't explode on you before your mission is over. At the same time, you'll have to clear all the 37 jellies that include the one on top behind the Striped Candy.
