Piggy bank and gold bar amount don’t match

I’m confused my piggy bank says it’s full, but my gold bar count only says I have 7. Isn’t it supposed to go up to 30? Screen shot included to show the full alert,  it not the full number of bars!

Your piggy bank is definitely full, but to get those gold bars, you have to buy the piggy bank. When you click the piggy bank, you get the information

When your Piggy Bank gets Full, you don't automatically get its contents until you pay for it. Currently, there are 45 Gold Bars in the Piggy Bank for $2.99 which is some sort of Special Deal. Normally, these Gold Bars are sold for $2.99 for 30 pieces. You don't have to buy them. You can just leave them full. Since the Piggy Bank is Full, no more Gold Bars will be added to the Piggy Bank when you beat levels with 1, 2 or 3 Stars. Who cares? They are NOT FREE anyway. Mine has been Full since July 22, 2017 when it was $4.99 for 100 Gold Bars.
