Why is it I cannot move to the next level?

Why is it I cannot move to the next level? Why is it the time stated to open next level is at zero? Why is it I do not get extra Lives from Candy friends?
Why is it candy friends are NOT responding to request's for tickets to move to next level? I have read on the community pages that this is a problem
with other Candy friends, I assume it is a problem that needs fixing by yourselves

Hi Redskins 1, I have the same problem since weeks.

I asked for help from King.com but their answer didn't solve it. They gave me indications as if I were playing through Facebook which is NOT the case. I play on my computer and on king.com.

I'm really looking for an adequate answer !

I want to go to the next level when I FINALLY beat a nightmear level!!! It's not fair and I'm angry for a while. 🙁
