Hi @underscorelive2059 Why would you that? 😁 It's quite simple, just click on the cog wheel in the upper right angle and then go on "sign out" 😉

@underscorelive2059 When you receive an automated email message you need to reply to it and explain your issue so they could reach you. If you don't reply to it, they will not reach you at all. It's also very important to choose the correct topic and subtopic.

Please understand that they have hundreds of requests each day and sometimes it takes a little bit of time to reach everyone out.

How do i get profile of and everything else off with it .

I cotacted them three times amd i am hoping they can take my profile of

Nothing is happening can  i give them my phone number
