No acorn

Level 2

I was working on level 4432.  I had bought $11.97 worth in coins to complete it.  I used a hammer to rid the waffle that was in the way and then the last acorn disappeared and never returned to the board.  See attached picture.  I played it to the last move and then it ended saying that I didn't win the level.  Please either refund my money or allow me to pass this level.  The acorn never came back on the board.

    Hello @jderocha
We would like to welcome you to the king community. Thank you so much for being willing to joining  :)

Tell me a little details. What did you buy Gold bars, Lollipop hammers, or Extra moves ?
What do you mean by Acron, apple or cherry?
Was successful in your entire purchase?
    Please let me know..

    Level 2

I bought the extra moves to finish off the level, and I mean the last apple.  The purchases were successful but I apple disappeared with 8 moves left and never reappeared.  The picture that I sent you shows 1 move left and there is NO apple to be found.
