I can't connect to store or Facebook. Wheel spin doesn't work. No rewards. No leader board placement. All worked but now nothing works. Have tried all suggestions but no help.

    Hi Sukanta
    I can't take a screen shot. Program closes. I want to buy boosters since I'm not getting them during the game. I really don't know how to explain the problem other than none of the game functions work  I have internet. Frustrating.

    I think your problem is that your game is not fully connected to the server. Give me a few answers to confirm that.
    Is your avatar & Gold bars right?
    After opening the game you see the right mark or Red cross on the connecting wheel?
    You can see your friends list in the game?

    Hi. There is no picture in the top left box. My gold bars says 2 but the supply bag says 0. I don't see a red cross and there is no friends list. Thanks for your heip.

    Most likely, your game app has been corrupted. You uninstall the game app.Then restart the device and install the game app again.  Of course you lose the booster to do this, which will not be refundable. :3
    But the Gold bars and the levels will come back.

    I will try. I don't have any boosters but my game progress is important. I'm on level 789. I hope i don't lose this..

    I have contacted customer care twice following your exact instructions including my ID number. The first response directed me to the community and the second involved Facebook.which was never mentioned in my email. Now what. Are they ignoring me and this issue. Please help me.

    Hi Sukanta
    It's been several days now and there is still no response to my request to correct my level to 789. I have responded to their emails and have included my ID # 9965510068 each time but have not received a response that addresses my problem. Please help.
