Where are you playing the game?  If you are playing on king.com that is already a known glitch along with other glitches.  The studio is still trying to find some resolutions for those glitches.

Playing thru fb, the daily wheel just spins and doesn't stop.  It's been a couple of weeks!  Also, I have difficulty loading the game.
